At Bookbinders Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium stationery and home office accessories. Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and a pre-paid shipping label.

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that handcrafted notebooks or delicate accessories are well-protected for the journey back.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking number for reference.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
