The Awareness Project is an enigmatic collection of colours that take inspiration from endangered animals in the Philippines.Ā Elusive Blue [Tandikan 2000] is inspired by the Palawan Peacock-Pheasant, which was classified as āvulnerableā in 2000.Ā This spectacularly vivid forest-ground bird features prominently in the culture of the indigenous people of Palawan and is also depicted in the official seal of the city of Puerto Princesa. This ink is a mysterious and enthralling shade of blue overlaid with a pink shimmer.
A portion of sales from this ink is donated to one of three foundationsĀ to help further their conservation efforts -Ā Philippines World Wildlife Fund, Philippine Eagle Foundation and Haribon Foundation.
